Cric Document Verification is the official identity verification process for all Cric accounts in Bangladesh. This mandatory procedure ensures the security of your account and full compliance with the country's digital service regulations.
When you create a Cric account, our system automatically generates a verification request. By completing this process, you confirm that the information you provided matches your official government-issued documents. This step protects both you and the platform from identity fraud, money laundering, and other unauthorized activities.
Note: Document verification is required just once for all account types. Express verification is available for users who need faster approval.

How to Verify Your Documents
Follow these five simple steps to complete your Cric document verification successfully:

Visit the official Cric website and log in using your registered mobile number and password. If you don't have an account, complete the registration process first.

Go to "My Account" and select "Document Verification" from the dropdown menu. You will see the current status of your verification request.

Upload Required Documents
Upload clear, legible copies of your National ID or Passport. Ensure all four corners of the document are visible in the image. The file size should not exceed 5MB.

Submit for Review
Review the uploaded images and the information you provided. Click "Submit for Review" to send your application to the verification team.

Receive Confirmation
You will receive an SMS and email notification within 1–3 business days. Once approved, your account will be fully active with all features unlocked.
Required Documents for Cric Verification
To ensure a smooth verification experience, prepare the following documents before starting the process:
National ID (NID)
Your valid National ID card issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission. Both front and back copies are required.
Passport (Alternative)
A valid passport is accepted as an alternative form of identification. The passport details page with your photo must be clearly visible.
Driving License (Optional)
A valid driving license issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) can be used as a supporting document.
Proof of Address
A recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months) showing your current residential address.
